Free webinar on simplifying calf registrations to include former Irish & Lions captain

Our first live webinar of 2022 will take place next Tuesday the 18th of January at 7:30pm focusing on simplifying your “Calf Registration”. Farmers across the country are bracing themselves for the busy calving season ahead and the webinar will help show how farmers can save hours on calf registration this year using the Herdwatch app.

We have seen over 11,000 registrants sign up to our webinars which began 2 years ago and are free to both Herdwatch members & non-members alike. The primary goal of the webinars is always to provide sound expert advice to farmers, help them simplify their farm paperwork and make better decisions on farm. Topics vary depending on the time of year and have included cow performance, medicine compliance, breeding management, mapping your farm, preparing for farm audits & more. If you can’t watch the webinars live, you can still register and we will send you a link to watch the webinar after the live event meaning you don’t have to miss out.

The latest edition in the series will see Rory Best, former Irish & Lions Captain and Herdwatch user join the webinar. Best retired from professional rugby in 2019 and returned to the family farm near Poyntzpass to help his father, John and his brother, Simon in the running of the farm. Rory is an avid Herdwatch user & fan stating the “The Herdwatch app has been invaluable in the day to day running of the farm.” Rory will be discussing his life in farming & taking any questions the viewers may have for him on the webinar.
