What kind of support is available if I encounter any issues?

Herdwatch offers customer support Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. You can contact our support team by messaging us via the help desk in the app, emailing info@herdwatch.com or call/text 020 3773 2763.

Can I try Herdwatch before committing to a subscription?

Herdwatch offers a free basic subscription where you will have access to basic features at no cost. Another option is signing up for the 30 day trial, this is a great option to understand the full features of the platform. You will need to enter your credit card information at the start of the 30 day trial but can cancel at any time.

How secure is my data on Herdwatch?

The account administrator owns the data that is inputted into Herdwatch. They have control of the data.

Can I upload my full herd at once instead of individually entering animals?

Yes! Herdwatch links directly to BCMS (using your CTS Webservice ID and password), ScotEID (enter your ScotEID Id and password into Herdwatch) and Nifais (Authenticate with Nifais and enter the PIN you receive via text) to sync your registered animals straight into the app. For sheep, the customer support team is easily able to enter your full herd for you.
