Does it work when there's no phone signal?
Yes. You can record jobs and payments in the field with no signal, so you don't have to wait until you're back in coverage to log the work.
What devices can I use it on?
You can use it on your phone, tablet or PC.
Can I send invoices and statements to customers?
Yes. You can create and send an invoice as soon as the job is done, and show customers a detailed statement of account with every job and payment, so payment questions are settled on the spot.
Can I record part payments?
Yes. Each payment is recorded against what the customer owes, and their running balance updates straight away.
Can customers pay me online?
Pay by link is coming soon. You'll be able to attach an online payment link to an invoice, or send one directly to your customer.
