How do I start mapping my paddocks?
Getting started is simple. Once you're in the Farm Map section and can view the satellite imagery, follow these steps: Click the Orange Plus button and select Paddock. Click on the Mapping Tool icon located in the top right corner. Draw the outline of the field by selecting dots along its boundary. You can sketch roughly at first, it’s easy to edit later. If you make a mistake, use Delete Last Point at the top to adjust, or hit Cancel to start over. When you're satisfied with your outline, click Next to proceed. This intuitive process makes mapping your paddocks quick and hassle-free, helping you create accurate field records effortlessly. -

After creating your paddock map, you can easily assign details to your field: Choose a Map Colour: Select a colour to quickly identify your paddock’s usage. For example, map grass fields in green and wheat/oats in yellow—the choice is yours. Enter a Field Name: Provide a clear name for the paddock. Review the Area: The paddock’s area is automatically calculated and displayed in hectares. You can adjust this value if necessary. Add Notes: Use the Notes field to update any details, change the colour code, or modify the crop type in the future.
