Two Irish farm software teams, now one
Herdwatch acquired Kingswood Computing in 2023. Kingswood was Ireland's first farm software company and looked after more than 5,000 farmers, vets and contractors. The Kingswood team joined Herdwatch, and Kingswood's links with parlours, marts, co-ops, factories and vets came with them.
Kingswood Herd and HerdHub have now been switched off, so the next step is to move your herd records onto Herdwatch. Kingswood Farm Accounts is still live for everyone using it.

Why are Kingswood Herd and HerdHub being switched off?
Since Herdwatch bought Kingswood in 2023, the two teams have worked as one. Bringing everyone's herd records onto Herdwatch means faster updates, one support team, and your links to AgFood and other systems kept up to date in one place.
What happens to my Kingswood records?
We can move them across to Herdwatch for you, and our team will get you set up. Setup and herd upload are free. Fill in the form or ring us and we'll talk you through it.
What will Herdwatch cost me?
It depends on your herd and the features you need. Get a quote in a couple of minutes, or ring us and we'll go through it with you.
Can I still use a PC?
Yes. Herdwatch works in the web browser on any PC or laptop, as well as on iPhone, Android and tablets. Your records sync across all of them.
Can I still ring the Kingswood team?
Yes. The Kingswood team are now part of Herdwatch. Call or text 0505 34400, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, or email info@herdwatch.ie.
I'm a contractor using the billing app. What now?
It's now the Herdwatch Contractor App, with your job diary, customer balances and invoicing. See the Contractor App.
I used VetLink. What happens to it?
VetLink is coming soon to Herdwatch. Leave your details in the form and we'll let you know when it's ready.
I farm in Northern Ireland or Great Britain. Can I move to Herdwatch?
Yes. Herdwatch is used on farms across the UK as well as Ireland. See Herdwatch UK, or fill in the form and pick your area.
Will someone show me how to use it?
Yes. Once you're set up, we'll walk you through Herdwatch on a call, focusing on the jobs you do most, so you're recording from day one.
I use Kingswood Farm Accounts. Is it still working?
