Customer Success Executive
Join Herdwatch, a leading global livestock management platform used by over 20,000 farmers worldwide. As a Customer Success Executive, you’ll play a key role in helping our members get up and running, maximise value from the platform, and achieve real results on their farms. You’ll guide new customers through onboarding, deliver training, provide ongoing support, and ensure a seamless experience that drives satisfaction and long-term success. Working closely with our team, you’ll also share customer insights, contribute to product improvements, and support events across the agri community.
