How much does Herdwatch cost?
You just select and pay for what you need. Herdwatch is an annual subscription service that charges our customers based on their needs with various plan options for our Cattle & Dairy, Sheep & Goats and Grass & Crops solutions.
Can I avail of a 30 Day Free Trial?
Yes, there is a Free Trial available to all new customers that will give you full access to the selected Herdwatch plan for 30 days. Card details are required but no payment will be taken for the annual subscription until the end of the Free Trial period and you can cancel the subscription at no cost if you do not wish to proceed within the 30 days.
Do Herdwatch offer a money-back-guarantee?
Yes we do, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 30 days of your first payment, in that case a full refund will be offered.
Is there any special offers available to help get me started?
Yes, we may from time to time make special offers available to new customers to help them explore Herdwatch for the first time with special offer subscriptions for a limited time period (i.e. 6 months). When this time period expires, customers will be able to renew their subscription automatically on an annual basis.
Can I upgrade my plan or add extra solutions later?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan or add other solutions to your Herdwatch subscription during your subscription and the price will be worked on a pro-rata basis and will take you from the point of upgrading up until the date your next Herdwatch subscription is due. Following that, a new annual subscription will begin, and you will be billed for any Herdwatch plans selected.
How does the annual subscription renewal work?
You will be issued with a renewal notice (up to 30 days) in advance, depending on the type of subscription plans selected and available at the time of purchase or renewal.
Your subscription will automatically renew using the payment card details you supplied and authorized Herdwatch to use. You may cancel your Subscription renewal by contacting our customer support team before the renewal date.
Who will have access to my information?
All the information logged on the app will be securely stored and backed up to our cloud. The information stored on it will only be accessible to you and anybody who has access to your account.
