Entry is simple!

2. Create a FREE account with a valid herd/holding number. Please note all current members can enter the competition by simply recording any task in Herdwatch in February. i.e medicine record, calf registration, weight recording etc.

Terms and Conditions:

• Eligibility: The Herdwatch 10-Year Anniversary Prize Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older, excluding employees and immediate family members of Herdwatch and its affiliates. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on February 1st, 2024, and ends on February 29th, 2024 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside of the Entry Period will not be eligible for consideration.
• Entry Method: To enter the Giveaway, participants must.

For current Herdwatch members, entry can be accomplished by completing any task within the Herdwatch App during the month of February, such as medicine record, calf registration, or weight recording.

• Prize Details: One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:
• Four (4) tickets to the Royal Highland Show on Thursday, June 20th.
• Two (2) night hotel stay in Edinburgh for four (4) people.
• €/£300 Flight Voucher.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

• Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be announced in early March 2024.
• Limitation of Entries: Each participant is limited to one entry. 
• Notification: The winner will be notified via email, phone call or direct message within seven (7) days of the winner selection.
• General Conditions: Herdwatch reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud or technical failure impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Herdwatch in its sole discretion.
• Release: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants release and hold harmless Herdwatch, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or any prize won.
• Governing Law: The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
